Q: How Do I Create An Account?

A: You can Create An Account before placing an order, or simply place your first order as a guest. When your order is complete, you will be given the option to save your information and create an account.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order?

A: Prestige Pens Ltd, processes most orders as soon as they are placed. Therefore we are unable to cancel orders once you have submitted your order. You are welcome to return your Pet Shop products for store credit, as detailed in our Return Policy.

Q: Where Is My Order?

A: Most orders ship within 48 hours, however it is not unusual for a large order to ship within 3-5 business days. Don’t worry, your order is important to us and we are working hard to ship your order as soon as possible. If any item is back ordered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options.

Q: Can I Return An Item?

A: Please visit our Return Policy for complete information on returns and exchanges. We have an excellent customer service record, and we will do all we can to make your Pet Shop experience a great one.
